Sanibel Red is our spin on an Irish Red Ale. Notes of toffee and caramel and a nice red color from the light addition of Roasted Barley.
This is a traditional German Pils brewed with 100% German Pilsner Malt, Hallertauer Mittelfrueh, & Saaz Hops fermented with German Lager yeast.
Our Milk Stout that we brew with lactose sugar, cocoa nibs, Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans and locally roasted espresso beans from Jimmy's Java.
Beach House is our multiple Best Florida Beer Competition Medal Winning Saison that we hop exclusively with Nelson Sauvin hops that imparts fresh citrus and peach notes.
Sessionable Sour Ale brewed with Galaxy Hops
Our Flagship Double IPA all late addition Hopped with Mosaic, Galaxy, and Chinook and then heavily Dry Hopped With the same hops.
An easy drinking, sessionable vienna lager, brewed for SCCF (Sanibel Captiva Conservation Foundation). The Proceeds of this beer go towards Water Quality Research.
A Rotating Series of Unique Beers
Brewed like a stout but hopped like an IPA, Black Mangrove has coffee and roasted characteristics, as well as a nice hop bite from the large amount of Mosaic hops added during the boil and the dry hop additions.
This is our 2018 Gold Medal Winner at the Best Florida Beer Competition. Smoked Porter using malts smoked locally on Sanibel Island over Florida Oak. The smoke character blends perfectly with the rich notes this robust porter boasts.

This beer is our collaboration with the band Roadkill Ghost Choir. We asked them for their top 3 favorite beers and combined those ideas into one big Belgian style double IPA. The Belgian yeast characteristics, combined with our hop selection, makes for a very unique and easy-drinking brew that earns its name!
New England Style IPA brewed with Flaked Wheat, all late addition hopped w/ Citra and Hallertau Blanc, and double dry hopped with Citra.

100% Tempranillo Wine Barrel Fermented Saison primary fermented with our house saison yeast and refermented/aged on cabernet grapes with Brett Lambicus, Brett Brux, and a blend of cultured dregs.
Our cream ale, which gets its name from the cream color of the beer, is super crisp and refreshing. We made it as an easy transition from the popular light beers on the market but brewed ours to have great flavor and drinkability.
